It couldn't be fresher, from the catch straight into the pan and on the table. The fish trade itself doesn’t play the main role at the fishing market at the end of the village, right under the cliffs. Rather, the lovingly presented smoked and roasted delicacies in the numerous bistros wander over the counter into hungry tourists' throats.
