The fortified church Illschwang is a largely preserved defensive
church (cemetery fortification) and today's simultaneous parish church St. Veit in Illschwang (house no. 30) in the district of Amberg-Sulzbach in Bavaria.
The medieval fortification was mentioned in 1109 and destroyed in the Thirty Years War. The nave was extended in the 18th century, the tower and the choir walls are Romanesque. The cemetery with the fortification wall and gate tower has been preserved
