Egelsberg Windmill and Poppy Fields

If you climb up the hill from the street An der Egelsbergmühle and walk past the mill Traars, you can take long walks across the vast heathland down to and through the cherry orchard Busch or the Henoumont forest.
Immediately next to the summit cross of the Egelsberg is the airfield, where several clubs, especially on weekends, pursue their sport. Interested parties can also address the clubs and ask for an appointment, when and under what conditions they can get a taste of this sport.
Even the little visitors will get their money's worth on the Egelsberg. If they have checked the aircraft long enough, they can let off steam in the playground on the other side of the airport restaurant.
