To reach the west of Stuttgart from the 'Blue Path', the Hasenbergsteig is a possible and often used route. At the lower end you can briefly deviate from the path and enjoy a magnificent view of Schwabstrasse. If you are insensitive, you can descend via the side stairs along the Schwabtunnel to Schwabstrasse - one of the main connections through the west of Stuttgart.
