The Weinmarkt – Distillery at Gansberg

In the middle of the beautiful old town of Dinkelsbühl is the wine market, where you can not only buy fine wines from Italy, but also high-quality brandies from our own distillery, which has been operated here since 2005. When you come to the season (from mid-September until next spring), with a little luck, you can watch the landlord's shoulders burn!

Opening hours:
Monday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
additionally on Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

A fabulous place to have a drink for the next party or the relaxed enjoyment for special hours!
I have decided on regional gin, his own is currently still in the works, but will probably come in autumn 2021 ...The owner was kind, attentive, helpful and takes time for each of his customers
