View from Hoherodskopf

The Hoherodskopf near Schotten is and remains an ambitious goal for every Frankfurt cyclist! We approached him via Gedern. The ascent is demanding, the view is great and the descent is really fun.
Today it was 72km / h with a light headwind; -)On the ascent you can follow the Hoherodskopfsteig very well, this is well signposted and connects directly to the R4 and Schotten.But be careful shortly before the summit, the climb is absolutely unsuitable for racing bikes, I've carried the bike in parts and I actually never do that!
