Very nice hike over the meandering path. After the stairs go up the rock right side. It is a so-called mushroom rock: The heavy boulder sits on a base of small circumference. Fascinating.

A true film-ready setting, I could well imagine Lord of the Rings here 😉

On the snake-shaped hiking path, the Weissingkuppe partly crosses the stairs at 531 m. The rock labyrinth with its mushroom-shaped rock towers and the path that also leads through crevices is an absolute highlight. The Weissingkuppe is station 6 of the "Karstkundischer Wanderpfad". Station board with explanation is at the southern entrance.

A huge rock massif, magnificent formations, very easy to reach from the Maximiliangrotte.

Interesting rock labyrinth with motif guarantee for ambitious photographers. In the wet something treacherous. From the large parking lot of Maximilian's Grotto within a few minutes easy to reach.

Stairs lead to the rock formation of the Weissingkuppe, which consists of some mushroom-shaped rock towers. The path through a crevice leads around the rugged rock.

The information board reads: "The karst hiking trail crosses the Weissingkuppe in its further course, reaching its highest point at 531 m."
Personal note, of course, it depends on which direction you go the trail. For me the rock labyrinth was a special highlight.

Bizarre natural formations, a ton-heavy boulder rests on a small pedestal (mushroom rock).

It is a really interesting stone, play with the physics. More than 1000 tons of stone stands on the very small piece ....
