Hiking Highlight
The viewing platform near Conn, built in 2006, offers what is probably the most impressive view of the Rhine Gorge. The floor plan is based on a flying swift, in Rhaeto-Romanic it is called "Il spir".

Nice view of the Rhine Gorge, the whole thing is touristy and very crowded.

Il Spir, the Common Swift is a viewing platform built in 2006 over the Rhine Gorge ... the Swiss Grand Canyon. A visit is worthwhile in every season and preferably early in the morning so that you can enjoy the peace and quiet in front of the large crowds!

Bombastic view!
The viewing platform Il Spir (Romansh for: the swift) is only a few minutes away from Conn. The platform was designed by the Chur architect Corinna Menn and inaugurated in September 2006. It offers a unique 180-degree view of the Little Swiss Canyon and the Ruinaulta Rhine Gorge. From Flims Waldhaus, hiking trails through the Flims Forest take about an hour to get to the viewing platform.

In addition to a special view, you should also feel in yourself here and you will find that the surface is sometimes not quite as stable as sunnily. Of course it is not a problem, but sometimes something else.

Imposing view along the Rhine Gorge and also very beautiful in winter. It pays to get up early to be there before the crowds!
