The Pillenreuth monastery is a former monastery of the Augustinian choir women in the diocese of Eichstätt. The Pillenreuth monastery shaped the district named after it. Today only little of the monastery can be recognized. The eastern and western entrance gates to the former monastery area, a few monastery walls and an old residential building have been preserved.
