Sourlies is a wonderful bothy in a very remote location. A great base for Munro bagging in Knoydart or as a stop along the Cape Wrath Trail.

In August 2022, the Bothy was open as usual. The only downside: the mice bit open my pack sack with food and helped themselves, so at night hang up or otherwise secure food that is not intended for the rodents.
