After we had supplied ourselves with water and bars at the village fountain in Pian della Chiesa, we initially went over an 8km long route on smooth ground, but with 20% shares.
Now we turn onto the old military path which is entirely in the spirit of an MTB enthusiast. Partly rocky and narrow, then again wide and two lanes. The gradient is now 5-8% on average. The view just keeps getting better. When it is very hot, the wall protects you from the sun in the first third. It becomes a little more open at the top.
