The Chinese Garden - a relaxing place by the lake, in which the symbolism of Chinese garden art is complemented by contemporary elements.
The goal of Chinese garden design is to achieve harmony between the seven elements earth, sky, stone, water, buildings, paths and plants. The human being as the eighth element can then find perfect harmony with them. The Chinese garden in Zeuthen was named after an old Chinese phrase: nine curves and eighteen corners. This describes a beautiful place: you never see the whole thing at once, but always experience new situations and views. The symbolism plays a special role in the Chinese garden.
