Tips
The Furka Pass forms the border between the two Swiss cantons of Uri and Valais and crosses the mighty Rhône Glacier. It takes you to an altitude of 2,436 meters and can be combined with the Susten Pass and Grimsel Pass or the Nufenen Pass and St. Gotthard Pass for beautiful tours.

You get a bit of a fright when you approach the Furka Pass and see the steep slopes before your eyes. But the ride is actually quite pleasant.
