The road climbs gently and leads at the beginning by so typical for the Palatinate clearing, on which one sees off the road well and gladly times sheep grazing. The Dernbachstraße leads through a very beautiful valley already in the Palatinate Forest. Quiet and very nice to drive. Definitely plan on a tour.

This climb through the forest is not as long as the Kalmit Rise. He rides well on moderate climbs and the descent is also wonderful.
