Every day the Molli runs through the middle of Bad Doberan's main shopping street with a cheerful jingle, past the oldest racecourse on the European continent, to Heiligendamm train station. Here the train conductor controls the switches by hand and winds down the barrier booms when the train approaches. At the Kühlungsborn West terminus, the Molli Museum invites you to take an excursion into railway history. The entrance is in the adjacent museum café, which is open daily. Entrance to the museum is free. However, donations are requested to maintain it.
