I joined at South Cerney and headed south. This was on a road bike (with 28mm GP4S) in March and it was fine, though there are a few rough spots and a fun slalom course around some big puddles at one point.

Route on a section of old railway line - lovely, leafy and level! This was originally part of the Midland and South Western Junction Railway, eventually absorbed into the Great Western, running between Swindon and Cirencester and on to Cheltenham.
