This plaque is intended to commemorate a former NVA location (1981-1990). As well as to the soldiers of a former radio technical unit who fell ill with cancer, glaucoma and leukemia due to the increased radar radiation in the immediate vicinity and some of them died.

The refrigerated seats was a radio station of the company Steinfeld from 1981-1990.
Some concrete slabs and an information board are reminiscent of this time.
