The former Wilsdruff stop is located on the former Wilsdruff-Meißen Triebischtal narrow-gauge line and was the first stop on the railway line towards Meißen.
Since its opening on October 1, 1909, the small station has played a significant role in passenger traffic. With the closure of the Wilsdruff-Meißen line on May 21, 1966, rail operations at the Wilsdruff stop also ended.
