Pellworm Lighthouse

We have been coming back to the island every year since our wedding 8 years ago at the lighthouse. You can cycle around it really great along the water. Once around the island it is a little more than 25 km. Very nice route. The island is also great for cycling. Everything is very relaxed and easily accessible.

As of May 2022: Viewings are possible again after prior registration with the spa and tourism service (currently moved to the Pekke Welle on the 2nd floor) and are definitely recommended!
When the weather was good, we had visibility as far as the lighthouses of Amrum and Westerhever.

Children aged 8 and over are allowed to go upstairs. The gallery will be open until wind force 6. Adults pay €6, children aged 8-16 pay €3.

Monday and Tuesday: 10:00 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 2:45 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Thursday: 2:00 p.m., 2:45 p.m. and 3:30 p.m
