We were already in the "Halligblick" apartment and now for the second time in the "Müller apartment". The prices have certainly increased considerably in recent years (we were here for the first time in 2012), but so have probably all holiday apartments that have a little more to offer. We love the quiet here. The apartments are very well equipped and have plenty of space. It is really ingenious that we just have to go around the mill, a little way up and we are already on the dike.

Living in a windmill – that's truly a very special vacation. You'll find the Nordermühle in the heart of the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea National Park, in the north of the island of Pellworm. From here, you have an unobstructed view of the North Sea and experience the sea up close.

The Nordermühle has stood on the sea dike since 1652 and, with its heavy, ancient oak beams, has retained its rustic charm. From the upper three floors of the Nordermühle, you can gaze far out over the sea to the Halligen islands, which, on a clear day, seem almost close enough to touch. In the morning, you'll be awakened by the rising sun. And in the evening, you can enjoy the bright starry sky and the breathtakingly beautiful sunsets, whose glowing red reflects in the North Sea.
