Using elevators is a disaster. If you need to use them, give yourself an extra 15 minutes to transfer.
The building connects the shopping center with the Krąków Główny Railway Station. The elevators are tight, they connect level -1, platforms 0, and parking lot 1. If you're unlucky, people coming from the parking lot to the center will take their place in the elevator and you won't be able to enter.
