When ascending from Balzer to Mittlerspitz, you have to cross this bridge. If you are easily affected by acrophobia, you should rather ascend from the Swiss side, as you walk over steel grating plates and are allowed to look into the abyss. On top of that, shortly before the bridge, there is a narrow, steep, short section that requires sure-footedness. In any case, the section is absolutely exciting and a great natural spectacle.
