Zoo Rostock, ok, one of the most beautiful zoos in Europe. The zoo itself is beautifully situated and adapted to the animals. The audience has enough distance to the animals everywhere. Four hours should be taken into account to have halfway seen everything once. Currently (2019), there is a worth seeing, geo-historical special exhibition, which should be interesting especially for school classes.
Now the negative:
Ample parking, but they cost an additional 3 euros (2019) Apart from the absolutely justified entry (17.50 per person) you have to additionally buy the map for 50ct. You should not eat or even drink anything in the park itself. The prices are exorbitantly high. For example, a cappuccino costs 3.60 euros in the café (incidentally, the service was very, well, we say unmotivated and made the meal is not just an event) a sausage at the kiosk even 3.50 euros ...
