The building is eaves-oriented in 5 axes with an entrance (new door) in the central axis. Windows and doors with segmental-arched lintel, mullioned windows, windows on the upper floor slightly smaller than those on the lower floor. The rear eaves side has 3 axes, the central axis of which is projected like a risalit and gabled. A mansard hip roof with a profiled cornice and slate covering protects the building. The park (garden) at the rear of the building is surrounded by a quarry stone wall.
