This circular walk through Seville's old town immerses you in the city's rich history and vibrant atmosphere, connecting three of its most important landmarks. You'll stroll through narrow streets and lively squares, enjoying the scent of orange blossoms and traditional architecture. It's an easy route, 3.0 miles (4.9 km) long with a minimal elevation gain of 57 feet (17 meters), which you can complete in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes of walking, ideal for a relaxed exploration.
To plan your visit, keep in mind that the historic center is mostly pedestrianized, making the tour easy. Although the walk itself is short, if you wish to thoroughly explore the Real Alcázar, the Cathedral of Santa María, and ascend the Setas de Sevilla, you should set aside several hours, or even half a day. During the summer months, the heat can be considerable, so it's recommended to start your tour early in the morning or at sunset for a more pleasant experience.
What makes this route special is the concentration of UNESCO World Heritage sites, such as the Alcázar and the Cathedral, alongside the surprising modernity of the Setas de Sevilla.
