Around the year 1760, the family of Pidoll had a Baroque castle built northwest of Quint. It served as the residential and administrative building of the director of Quinter Eisenhütte, which was later purchased by Klöckner-Werke AG.

Together with the Kaiserhammer and Wolfskaulweiher, this castle is a piece of industrial history in the Trier region.

Currently the castle is for sale.
