Gothic chapel dates back to the 15th century. It first belonged to the Heiliggeisthospital west of the church and from 1899 it was used as a museum. Burned out in 1945.

The brick building with the filigree tower was built in the 14th century as a house of prayer for a neighboring hospital. The Uckermark Museum was housed in the church as early as 1899. In 1945 it burned out and with it important evidence of regional history.
