Mountain Biking Highlight
The Döss Radond is located at an altitude of 2,234 metres. It is the highest point of Val Mora. Once here it is all downhill, whether you continue towards Switzerland or towards Cancano. The meaning of the name is "round hump", and indicates the particular shape that the valley took when the glaciers melted. A nice point to stop, rest, admire the view.

At the Döss Radond at 2,234 meters you have reached the perfect place to take a break. The surrounding nature is overwhelming. There is also a fountain for refilling water. Here you can lounge around and watch marmots and cows.
The cabin at the pass is private. About six kilometers further is Alp Mora in Val Mora, where you can get drinks and simple snacks.

The Döss Radond is the transition from the Münstertal into the Val Mora at 2,234 meters. From here it goes downhill. If you have reached the hut (unfortunately only private), you have managed the exhausting uphill from the valley. In the lee of the hut many bikers take a break and enjoy the sensational view of the surrounding mountains. Here you will always find someone to talk shop for a short time. Just a short break and go on the pleasure ride through the Val Mora.
