Muttjöchle Summit (360° Panoramic View)

I prefer to go to the Muttjöchle at the end of September/beginning of October. The fall colors are so intense there. Gorgeous all-round view! The path is well marked from the mountain station of the Kristbergbahn. Good shoes are a prerequisite. If you want to extend the tour, you can go back via the Wasserstubental and the Höhenwanderweg. But then you should allow enough time.

In winter, a prepared winter hiking trail leads from the Sonnenkopf station up to the Muttjöchle. The views are uniquely beautiful and the path is extremely sun-exposed ... a fantastically beautiful area and the view from the Muttjöchle itself is also beautiful!

From Muttjöchle you have a beautiful 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains, u.a. Zimba and Hochjoch.
The path from the mountain station of the Kristbergbahn leads through a shady forest and then runs over the tree line to the summit cross.
