The chimney tower of the old distillery with stork's nest you can see from afar. The distillery was built in 1850 by the von Ribbeck family. One of the clans was Hans Georg von Ribbeck, who inspired Theodor Fontane to write his famous poem "Herr von Ribbeck on Ribbeck im Havelland". Today, Friedrich-Carl von Ribbeck continues the family tradition - however, he now mainly produces fine pear vinegar instead of schnapps.

Always worth a visit, these delicious cakes.
At least once a year for over 10 years, it just has to be.

The wash house has now moved to the old distillery.
