This noble house from the baroque era once belonged to the family who became both successful and rich with their wire factory in Allersberg. She was raised to the nobility in 1757, which is why the company owners are also called "Allersberger wire barons". The house is named after Jacob Gilardi, an Italian who married into the family at the beginning of the 18th century.

House of the Allersberg wire barons, who were ennobled at the beginning of 1757. A castle-like house, named after Jacob Gilardi, a Milanese who married into the Leonic wire factory in 1708 and brought the wire drawing mill in Allersberg to its prime. Built 1723-1728 by Gabriel de Gabrieli. Owned by the Allersberg market since 2006. The GilardiHaus, a listed building, is to be given a new, up-to-date use through the planned general renovation. All sorts of colors are currently being tried out. gilardi-anwesen-allersberg.de
