Very nice retreat with a great view. Hut with cooking area available, shower with cold water, food you can buy there (or you can get something in Village de Bavella).

  • Hills become hills and the forest gives way to the famous Corsican maquis. From now on there is a stage with a relaxing and easy descent towards the sea.

Information about the Refuge: 22 places, rental tents, bivouacs available via the PNRC

  • The I Paliri refuge is either the last or the first refuge of the GR20, depending on the direction chosen. For us, it was the last refuge. We only stopped there for a coffee break and to buy a last cheese for lunch. The place is very beautiful, and one must really take pleasure in stopping and spending the night there.
