Eastern Rest Area, Halde Victoria 3/4

A "complete renovation" is currently taking place. A leisure and recreation area is to be created here or has already been created. A skill circuit for mountain bikers, quiet zones for relaxation and an "active slope" fitness climb for sports enthusiasts are being built on the spoil heap plateau. The spoil heap is not only an MTB highlight, the access is also suitable for "normal" bicycles.

On behalf of the city of Lünen, the tailings dump of the former Victoria 3/4 colliery was redesigned and redeveloped as a recreational and leisure area. Two lounge areas, the so-called resting points at the southern corners of the plateau, invite you to rest and relax with comfortable benches and loungers. The flagship of the dump is the active area with the bike facilities and the active slope. Pump track, dirt line and trail descent.
