In addition to these porcelain chimes at the town hall there is another carillon at the Volksbank.

In the part of the town hall where the Selb district court was formerly located, there are 22 (2 x 11) white-glazed bells made of Meissen porcelain, which together form a carillon.
Four times a day, at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., different melodies are played - depending on the season.A city coat of arms made of porcelain hangs between the two halves of the porcelain carillon on the balcony parapet of the neo-Gothic three-wing building from 1860.

Even town hallThe Selb town hall, which was built in 1861/62 and later expanded, stands today on the site where Margrave Georg Friedrich of Bayreuth had his hunting lodge built between 1582 and 1584. Today it is connected to the former district court via a glass entrance area. In 2018, an extensive renovation of the facade and roof was completed. The floor in the registry office is made entirely of porcelain plates. In the foyer, the honorary board, which lists all of the city's honorary citizens and dignitaries, as well as the two gold-toned pictures of Helmut Drexler are also made of porcelain.
Even the Great Hall of the town hall on the first floor is decorated with porcelain: a chandelier, various wall sconces and a relief entitled “Mother and Child”.
