Schwarzsee (Sölden)

On May 27th, 2022, our mobile phone with all our wonderful memories slipped into the ice water in a deep gap between the shore and the still-frozen lake, exactly at the level of the hiking sign. The lake is even in midsummer, when it has frozen pitch and the area covered with snow. Beware if there is snow, you do not know where to break in at the edge and where the snow cover holds ...

Very nice hiking trail through the high mountains. However, you should wear really suitable shoes (boots or similar), as the path leads over scree and snow fields (picture from July). Suitable for sure-footed persons.
