Always worth a visit. In front of the monastery there is a small excursion restaurant with terrace. The Kloster-Felsenweg does not bear his name by chance. In addition to the Princely Park Inzigkofen with its monastery, Amalienfelsen and the legendary Devil's Bridge over the Höll Gorge, there are numerous rock formations that can be found throughout the landscape. Again and again you get nice views of the picturesque meadow landscape of the Danube, which is a constant companion on the first half of the round trip.

Inzigkofen Abbey was a women's monastery from 1354 to 1856. An adult education center has been housed in some of the facilities since 1948.The complex itself is of course interesting for tourist purposes, a farm museum (attention is not always open), the herb garden and the small beer garden at the entrance to the monastery. Other sights such as the Amalienfelsen, the Devil's Bridge, etc. are in the immediate vicinity.

You have to visit. The highlight is the herb garden; especially to let children experience the smell of the herbs. Everything made with love!
