The Vogesenkapelle was built in 1938. Farmer Leopold Hättich from the opposite Reinerhof has fulfilled his promise. He announced during his deployment in the First World War in the Vosges Mountains that he will build a chapel, if the Black Forest is spared by the war turmoil.

From here the woman / man has a great view of the Rhine Valley (overcast) and the opposite Vosges with Hohneck.

Nice to look at with prayer benches inside. A place of retreat, beautifully situated in a clearing.
