The rays especially like to show themselves in the morning!
But with a little patience you will always spot a ray during the day too.

If you're lucky, you can see some fish and rays swimming through the clear water at the harbor.

Fishermen's Guild – Valle Gran Rey
The Fishermen's Guild of Valle Gran Rey is one of the places with the most authentic maritime atmosphere in La Gomera. To get there, you have to enter through the port area and pass by the Civil Guard access, which means many people don't even discover this corner.
In addition to the restaurant, many people especially recommend the small bar on the corner, also belonging to the guild. At sunset, the atmosphere changes completely: fishermen finishing their day's work, conversations facing the sea, and often, guitars and improvised songs next to the boats.
