It is worth hiking up Table Mountain. There is a well-developed path up that is tricky in only one place. I was also able to get up well with a latent fear of heights. Surefootedness and sturdy footwear are essential. Komoot marked this as a dashed path, I would call it a normal hiking path.

Hiking

Iconic table mountain. The hike up there is well secured but you will need your hands at some points. Some alpine experience recommended. Beware if you are scared of height. Can be slippery when it was raining before.
