The views from here just below Ivy Crag looking out over Loughrigg Tarn and up the Langdale Valley are pretty special. The Langdale Valley reminds me of my very first trip to the lakes. The paths and tracks this way are pretty friendly too. It’s a great place for a walk with the family if you are staying in the area.
