Easy summit climb, great views to Sao Vicente (if it does not fog ;-)

Arrived at the summit, there is a great view of the Serra, the central massif and the valley of São Vicente.

In good weather absolutely brilliant views! Attention: it can quickly raise fog or rain, so orientation can be difficult without GPS!

The Pico Ruivo do Paúl da Serra is the highest mountain in the west of Madeira and yet it is a very easy hike. Once at the top you have a great panorama over the plateau and to the south and north coast of the island.

In fog one should make it under no circumstances
