Hiking
After the decommissioning of the colliery Nachtigall 1892, the bridge was only used by pedestrians and wagons. In 1938, the now dilapidated bridge was demolished. Since 1988, there is again a nightingale bridge, which allows pedestrians to cross the Ruhr here.
