Of course, it is not yet 1000 years old, but it is around 700 years old. Although it is repeatedly shortened by tree pruning, it currently has a height of approx. 20 meters and a circumference of approx. 5.60 meters. Further information can be found on the sign opposite on the way.
She has already experienced and seen a lot, so a visit is recommended at any time of the year. Have fun.

It has almost always been there and is therefore popularly known as the “1000-year-old oak”. That's a bit of an exaggeration, but at least she was able to reach the proud age of seven centuries.
