Confluence of Sitter and Rotbach at Strom

A particularly beautiful bathing area and a single adventure playground for children to build dams, splash around, pile up stone chippings and much more.Especially in summer there is a refreshing break area with shady areas.

The Sitter and Rotbach flow together at the Strom bathing area. It is a beautiful place and especially the trail trails in this area are super cool and beautiful.

Here at the Strom bathing area, deep in the ravine below, the two streams/rivers Sitter and Rotbach flow together, then continue as the Sitter.
There is a steel bridge over each stream, the paths are sometimes steep and have steps, but not a problem. Well worth it.
The Strom bathing area is rather difficult to reach, a bit of scrambling and possibly wading is required.
