Both can be easily reached from the ruined castle Neudahn.

The Satan's chunk and the witch's mushroom are only a few meters apart.
However, the name witch mushroom is more unequivocal than the Satan's chunk ... You can see it.

In fact, size isn't everything, so I personally like the witch mushroom from the duo better ;-)

Definitely one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the Palatinate.
