Kuelscheier Rock Formation

One of the most spectacular crevices in the region: the Kohlscheuer. The hiking trail runs right through this crevice, but it is very narrow and dark. Bringing a flashlight is strongly recommended. If the passage through the rock is too adventurous or simply too cramped, you can also hike comfortably around the rock.[*** Please note: Komoot CONTINUES to throw multiple highlights together that are actually several hundred feet apart, leading to some wondering why others may be commenting incorrectly, and causing the original highlight to be recreated by someone who is surprised that no one else has done it before... ;o) ***]

At the beginning of the Kohlscheuer there is a sign pointing to "Adventure Kohlscheuer" 1 to 4. Yes, the Kohlscheuer is a real adventure! Together with Rittergang and Deiwepetz, this results in a top trio that is unparalleled even in this region! These are long crevices in the rock that sometimes no longer allows light to penetrate! Torch or cell phone lamp is required. Pull in belly!
