Open Air Stadtpark Stage

The Freilichtbühne is a large open-air stage in the countryside with a varied music program by German and international artists. In the summer, the Pope boxes here. For more than 40 years, the summer concerts at the Stadtpark Open Air have been heard from afar. 2020 features Jamie Cullum, Erobique, The Ediors, The Gipsy Kings and Melissa Etheridge among others on stage.
Open-air concerts have been held in the Stadtpark since 1914.
