Beautiful waterfall that overcomes 585 meters in three cascades. Where the second stage alone already overcomes 305 meters. In addition, from here you have a wonderful view over the Walensee. The driveway to the starting point is a bit adventurous, as the road can only be traveled in one direction. There are transit times, which have to be observed, because there are no alternatives. It will pass through two hewn tunnels that are just as wide as a car!

  • Hi ~🌸🏔☀️

In front of the waterfalls is a lookout point. But it's worth walking upstairs. The way there is a bit muddy and the stairs are high, but you can get much closer up there and experience the waterfalls better.

The power and presence of the water falling over 100 meters is particularly impressive when the snow melts. The Seerenbach Falls near Betlis, municipality of Amden, on Lake Walensee form a cascade of three waterfalls with a total height of 585 meters. The top step has a drop height of 50 meters, the middle step is the third highest waterfall in Switzerland with 305 meters behind the Mürrenbachfall and the Buchenbachfall. The source of the Rin rises in the area of the 190 m lower step.

A beautifully located restaurant Paradiesli would be wonderful if the hospitality would be right. Not to believe how the hosts deal with the guests 👎👎😩

Wonderful waterfalls on several levels, you can only get a little closer with a lot of skill.

The upper part of the falls can even be viewed a little closer, but be careful on the slippery stones!

You have the most beautiful view of the Seerenbach Falls from the Haus der Wasserfalle, as you can see the entire waterfall from here. But it is also worth hiking up to the viewing platform.

Note that you can only get so far up, so it's not possible to view all the falls; watch out for the spray in places which can make the paths slippery, esp. when tourists are nearby.
