    "The Austrian Pitztal has a Fulda lily and Fulda a new highest point. Because the Fulda section of the German Alpine Club has inaugurated a new landmark on the Fulda High Trail in the form of a stylized lily - and thus proclaimed Fulda 's highest point at 2,519 meters.



    In 2019 the German Alpine Club (DAV) section Fulda has two reasons to celebrate: On the one hand, the German Alpine Club is celebrating its 150th anniversary in Munich and, on the other hand, Fulda - the home town of the club - is celebrating its 1,275th city anniversary. A new waymark on the Fuldaer Höhenweg in the Austrian Pitztal will honor these two anniversaries and remember them in the future.
