The Pedrotti hut is located in lofty heights in the middle of the highest peaks of the Brenta Dolomites. The rustic hut is a nice stopover on a hut tour in the Brenta group. In addition, many climbers use the hut as a base for touring the Cima Brenta Alta and the other surrounding rocky peaks.

In the Pedrotti hut can sleep a total of 120 hikers and mountaineers. The cottage also includes the nearby, older Tosa Hut. There are another 30 beds. The cabins are open from mid-June to the end of September.

The refuge was not open when we arrived there (14th of June) but I can confirm that it has an ideal location and you'll enjoy a beautiful view from there!

Climbing up there mid-June was not easy because of the snow. The path was fully covered for over a kilometer. Coming down on the other hand was a blast, we could slide down on the snow and what took us over an 60 to hike up, took us less than 10 minutes to go down :)
